JACOB WHITE NS-X5.1 The NS-X5.1 is specifically designed for high-speed automatic cartoning and product insertion; in addition, it incorporates stainless - steel construction and P.L.C control as standard. The size - change procedure has been simplified to permit operators to undertake this task. The NS-X5.1 series machine automatically erects cartons by means of a rotary motion vacuum system. Cartons are extracted from the magazine on a ‘ no product no carton’ basis thus ensuring that wastage is kept to a minimum. The major and minor flaps are configured automatically; glue is applied to the major bottom flap by a pneumatic applicator.

Designed for three-shift operation for full utilisation of machine.   Stainless,- steel construction suitable for all environments.   All guards are fully interlocked, and comply with UK and EU directives.   Guard structure offers easy access for cleaning and maintenance.   Robust transmission chains and drive-belts.   Overload protection on all critical points of the machine.   Hot melt jet glue applicator offers economy of glue usage; Approximately 600 metres per kilo.   All adjustment points fitted with hand wheels and digital readouts to assist and reduce size - change times.   P.L.C control offers infinite setting of machine parameters and system memory permits easy access for machine and carton data.   Low level noise: 80db (A).   15", 10" and 71/2" pitch options.
